What you will be doing:

🔸 Finding and attracting new partners with various traffic sources;

🔸 Regular analysis of effectiveness and profitability for personal partners;

🔸 Analyzing and tracking fraud and motivated traffic;

🔸 Solving complex and negative situations with partners, maintaining productive relationships;

This will be an ideal match if you:

Retention & CRM Ownership

  • Developing retention strategy and CRM approaches across multiple iGaming products
  • Managing player retention across the entire lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation
  • Building and optimizing CJM, CRM flows, segmentation, and personalization
  • Managing retention communications across key channels: email, push, SMS, messengers
  • Analyzing the performance of CRM and retention initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, running A/B tests, and scaling successful mechanics
  • Implementing a sales mindset in CRM: working with offers, conversions, repeat deposits, reactivation, upsell/cross-sell mechanics
  • Setting tasks, coordinating, and developing a small CRM/Retention team (planning, prioritization, quality control)
  • Acting as an expert and coordination lead in the development of the retention function and influencing product decisions
  • High level of ownership, freedom to act, and the ability to directly influence the product (offers, mechanics, personalization, CRM logic)

📌 What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory experience in an iGaming product within CRM / Retention
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing and the player lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Twilio, and other CRM tools
  • Ability to work with metrics and hypotheses: launch → measure → analyze → improve
  • Fluency in Russian and English (working proficiency)

Team Lead VIP Manager (iGaming)

🔑About the role

We are seeking a Team Lead VIP Manager to establish and develop our VIP support team. We require a strong and experienced leader who can build departmental processes, manage a team of VIP managers, monitor service quality, work with retention and revenue metrics, and develop the VIP function in conjunction with CRM, Product, and other teams.
This role is for someone who understands the specifics of working with VIP players, is able to combine service, sales, analytics, and a strategic approach, and is able to demonstrate a high level of customer and teamwork by personal example.

🎯Key Responsibilities
– Manage a team of VIP managers/VIP support;
– Develop processes, work standards, and approaches within the VIP department;
– Monitor the quality of communication, service, and key KPIs;
– Manage VIP player retention, reactivation, and development;
– Participate in developing the VIP strategy, segmentation, and personalized approaches;
– Develop and improve bonus and retention mechanisms for the VIP segment;
– Train, onboard, and develop team members;
– Interact with CRM, Product, Support, Payments, Risk, and other teams;
– Analyze team and player performance, propose solutions for increasing LTV, Deposits, and GGR/NGR.
